When Signify relocated its North American headquarters, the design for the new office was intended to showcase - and for people to experience - Signify’s lighting innovations, commitment to sustainability, and all of the company’s defining values.
Completed in January 2022, the new 2601 m2 (28,000 ft2) office is a hub for employees to gather, create customer value, and be inspired. To reinforce those functions, the space is outfitted with a comprehensive, multi-brand LED lighting solution from Signify that supports the comfort and energy levels of employees and visitors.
Among those are nodes of Color Kinetics Flex Compact gen3, RGB that illuminate the lobby’s bespoke Signify logo sign in exactly the correct Signify green color.
Suspended from the ceiling in social spaces, Color Kinetics OneSpace gen2 LED lighting panels provide daylight ambiance and acoustic benefits that promote employee wellness.
Color Kinetics Luminous Textile panels mounted in the lobby seating area and cafe soften sound and display custom scenes with dynamic video content to elicit different moods.
Color Kinetics Light System Manger gen6 controls the intelligent system and power and data are supplied by Color Kinetics Data Enabler Pro and Color Kinetics PDS-60ca 24V.
Interact Enterprise integrates the office’s connected lighting systems and other office systems, delivering remote monitoring, management, and optimization of the lighting, energy usage, space occupancy, and more from a single dashboard to increase efficiency, performance, and user comfort.
The new space has helped inspire employees to return to the office following the recent Pandemic with lighting that supports health and well-being, safety and security, and productivity.
