In 2009, the city of Tampa launched a city-wide beautification effort for the upcoming NFL championship game. Starting with the game’s host venue, the top 30 rows of Raymond James Stadium was brilliantly illuminated using Philips LED lighting. Using just 70 LED lighting fixtures; the stadium glowed with color-changing effects for the week leading up to game day.
