Digital Light Engines form the intelligent core of end-to-end systems. Illumination systems based on DLEs benefit from the advantages of LED sources-long source life and low maintenance-are backed by Color Kinetics industry-leading expertise and market-proven infrastructure, and are compatible across CK's broad line of power, control and authoring products.

Because of these factors, manufacturers can efficiently incorporate DLEs as the building blocks of their products to develop and deliver complete LED illumination systems to meet diverse application demands-from interior and exterior architectural lighting, to entertainment and themed environments. The Digital Light Engine offering includes LED-based lighting modules, in varied shapes and sizes, across numerous CK's technology platforms. All DLEs incorporate CK's Optibin® technology, a proprietary LED production binning optimization process that ensures consistent color of light output from one DLE or lamp to the next.
