Now, the company builds on its expertise and experience in creating innovative illumination products using cutting-edge LED technology by offering a line of inexpensive single color LED fixtures called the unoColor Series. The unoColor Series offers users a simply better way to create single color light. With the addition of the unoColor Series, Color Kinetics now becomes a one-stop-shop for all LED illumination needs, from color changing and single color lighting fixtures to light show authoring software and design and installation services. The company debuts unoColor Cove, the first products in the unoColor Series, today during its fifth appearance at Lightfair International. unoColor Cove initially will be available in blue, green or red versions.
Similar to Color Kinetics' award-winning iColor® Cove intelligent LED fixture, unoColor Cove brings colored light to alcoves, accent areas and other tight spaces without the drawbacks of conventional colored lighting methods. By using LEDs as its light source, unoColor Cove offers an energy-efficient method of creating colored light, one that also offers an ultra long source life and emits virtually no heat. unoColor Cove is available in 6" and 12" lengths, each of which easily fit into one-piece mounting brackets allowing for the uniform alignment and smooth positioning of multiple fixtures. unoColor Cove is modular in design, and projects a soft-edge strip of light at a 110° beam angle, adding just the right amount of colored light to any environment.
