ANNOUNCE LICENSING AGREEMENT
James Thomas licenses Color Kinetics' intellectual property
to bring Pixel Range to North America
Boston, MA and Knoxville, TN - March 29, 2005 - Color Kinetics Incorporated (NASDAQ: CLRK), a pioneer in the design, marketing and licensing of intelligent solid-state lighting systems and technologies, and James Thomas Engineering, a leading entertainment lighting manufacturer, today announced that James Thomas will license Color Kinetics' intellectual property in connection with the marketing of James Thomas' Pixel Range line of LED-based products in North America.
