Color Kinetics takes intelligent LED systems to ultra high-performance with the availability of ColorBlaze™.
ColorBlaze leverages the latest advancements in LED technology to efficiently cast far-reaching colored light and effects with maximized output for theatrical, entertainment, and architectural applications. ColorBlaze is available in 6' (1.8 m) and 4' (1.2 m) lengths, named ColorBlaze 72 and ColorBlaze 48 respectively. The systems are controllable in 6" (15.2 cm) increments and feature on-board power in an extruded aluminum housing to streamline design and installation. Powered by Color Kinetics' patented Chromacore® technology, ColorBlaze provides the inherent benefits of LED illumination while adding many creative advantages for designers.
Features
- High output, soft-edge beam of light from12 circuit board assemblies with 18 high-intensity LEDs per board. (ColorBlaze 48 has 8 circuit board assemblies with 18 high-intensity LEDs per board.)
- On-board power conversion to eliminate the need for special equipment, simplifying specification and installation.
- No additional equipment required for programming DMX addresses. Addressing can be set as a single fixture or as grouped or individual lighting elements.
- Flexible installation and mounting brackets with locking knobs allowing for 360-degree rotation, locking and adjustment without the use of special tools.
- Beam shaping is made easy with new accessories co-developed with City Theatrical, Inc.
- Lighting effects easy to program and control with Color Kinetics' ColorPlay® and iPlayer® 2 or third-party controller.
