INTERMATIC SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH COLOR KINETICS
Prominent Manufacturer of Landscape Lighting Products
to Incorporate Intelligent LED Illumination into Future Product Offerings

Color Kinetics Incorporated, the leader in intelligent solid state illumination technologies, today announces the signing of an OEM agreement with Intermatic Incorporated to integrate Color Kinetics' patented Chromacore® intelligent LED (light emitting diode) illumination technology in future Intermatic products. This agreement will enable Intermatic to effectively expand and differentiate its popular outdoor lighting lines with the ability to create rich colored light and exciting color changing effects.
Color Kinetics® Chromacore technology is an ideal solution for landscape lighting. Chromacore utilizes microprocessor-controlled, multicolored high-brightness LEDs to generate a variety of rich, saturated colors and color-changing effects - without the use of color wheels or filters. In addition to providing a wide palette of colors, Chromacore-powered lighting fixtures have an ultra-long source life, require little power, produce little heat, use no moving parts, and emit no noise or UV.
